This modern space is in a very old part of town, whose looks could be deceiving, because of some questionable looking houses. However, it is a safe neighborhood (we also have an awesome security system), and very close to the Main street in Pineville. . This means you are close to businesses and food. You also will be less than 5 mins from Rapides Regional Medical Center, and about 10 mins from Cabrini Hospital. . It is very close to the bus route. Otherwise, you will need a car to get around; Personal or Rental/Ride share (Über).  We are located in a very old area of town. As such, there are some not well maintained houses in the neighborhood. However, we have other locations in that area, lots of cameras, and a solid security system, which you would probably never need.

There is a screened porch with a great view of the lake that is 360 sq ft. Local shopping right down the road to groceries and other items forgotten. About 40 minutes to historic Natchez, MS. If you would like to get out and enjoy the lake we also have a 14ft Jon boat with trolling motor. Daily rental fee is $55.00. You will need to specify when making your reservation so we can have boat ready for your stay. The apartment does not face the lake but just steps around the house to the private dock and great views. It is surrounded by orchards and off the main road, the apartment is attached to main home but completely separated. It is a quiet place to relax and fish or take your boat for sunset or sunrise ride. It includes a living area with wet bar, coffee station complete with Keurig and k cups, fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. There is a queen bed in the main living area, as well as game table and tv. The bedroom includes both double and twin size beds. The bathroom includes a shower. Enjoy the private front patio, or relax on the dock where the BBQ is located. For the fisherman, there is room to tie up your boat as well as a fish cleaning table. There is a launch ramp 0.2 mi. at Lake St. John Grocery as well as 4 miles down at the Spokane resort.
